These bio bags are easy to open, even when your hands are cold. They are strong and do not tear easily.

While these bags don't degrade fast enough that you can flush them, they seem to me the best solution. The bags you can flush also start to degrade on contact with the moist nastiness, which can result in unpleasant consequences. Biobags take longer, but not so long as ordinary grocery bags. The big size is far easier to use. A responsible, but safe and tidy choice.
